CANCELLATION POLICY

I completely understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. As a solo stylist, however, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can make it very difficult to fill the time that was reserved specifically for you. I truly appreciate your consideration of my time and business. Please review my cancellation policy before booking: 48+ hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee. 24–48 hours before your appointment: A 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total will be charged. Less than 24 hours before your appointment: A 75% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total will be charged. No-shows: A 100% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged.
